Because of this we have already put into place all the recommendations from the Government and Public Health England that protect our customers and team members during this lockdown time, including but not limited to:
– Social Distancing – 2 Meters distance between our Front of House teams and our guests at Reception, Public Areas, Lifts and Corridors
– Bedrooms have the 5 Key Critical Touch Point Cleaning touch points including, handles, switches, remote controls, and high contact furniture
– Enhanced cleaning practices in conjunction with Diversey our chemical provider in all public areas, washrooms and lifts.
– Our teams have been provided with the relevant PPE in each of the hotels departments.
– All our team members have access to COVID-19 testing, as part of the Government Key Worker initiative for testing.

We are extremely pleased with the way our event was discussed and managed right from the first day we visited this venue. It was my first venue to visit and we had decided there and then that this would be the one. Although we visited other venues open days but this one seemed perfect for us. I must thank Laura the senior wedding specialist, for her extremely cooperative and so warm style of dealing with us. She surely won our hearts. Other wedding coordinating staff like Stephen and Lucy were also really very helpful and cooperative. We are very much impressed by the hospitality and attentive way of dealing by the Hunton Park staff. All our requests were fulfilled and the event went very smoothly. It is a beautiful venue a real hidden gem. All our guests praised the setting and it’s gardens. All in all beautiful venue and lovely staff. Without both the event could not have been a success. Special thanks to Laura, and to Stephen and Lucy.

I just wanted to pass on my thanks to you, and all the team at Hunton for doing such a fantastic job last week. The event was a huge success and turned out better than Gina had hoped and the positive feedback has been overwhelming from the staff and sponsors in attendance. Nothing was too much trouble for you and your team. Everything that was requested…especially all the last minute bits were handled so efficiently and incredibly quickly. Food was fab, so big thanks to your kitchen team. You, Alex, James, Stewart & Tom were all amazing and there was always someone around when we needed help. I have ran events all over the UK and have struggled with a lot of venues from an Operations perspective with things being missed and the communication just not being 100%, however I cannot fault you and the team throughout this event from the initial enquiry stages right up to the finish of this event. It was so inspiring to see how hands on you all were, from seeing Alex placing popcorn on the tables at 7am, yourself setting up the pic n mix, both of you setting up the tables for the evening turnaround it was incredible. I know you did so much more yet you were still there until the late evening to ensure everything had gone smoothly. James was also truly fantastic, he was such a help with everything during the event, and always around when we needed him. Big thanks to Stewart who was great also and so hands on, checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. It was truly great working with you, and we will definitely be recommending you for future events.

Firstly, can I say a huge thank you to you both – this was my first awards that I was planning as part of this team and you both and your team were such a help and support! Despite James Simpson running both our event and the prom he was incredibly helpful and it was easy to find him throughout the night if needed. The food was lovely and it was highly complimented. The venue and every member of staff was lovely and such a pleasure to work with – we would love to work with you next year.
